OUR TEAM
As former NCAA Division 1 athletes, Claire and Monique left their
corporate careers to chase their professional beach volleyball dreams
in Los Angeles, California. In pursuit of sponsorship, they quickly
realized the power of social media and transformed themselves into not
only top athletes but also top content creators.
With Claire's background in management consulting at Ernst & Young and
Monique's experience in startups and brand development, they became
the perfect team to provide elevated content and social media support
for their sponsors. After witnessing the significant impact they had on their supporters, MCM Solutions was born.
Starting from the humble beginnings of a 2004 Ford Econoline parked
near the Hermosa Pier, where Claire would shoot and edit content, the
company rapidly expanded to bring on partner and social media expert
Sydney Melhoff.
Today, MCM Global serves clients across the US and Canada, managing
their own platforms with a community of over 85K followers. We
specialize in sports, health & wellness, travel, food & beverage, and
music & entertainment.
And yes, Claire still owns the van.
